Ohio apartment becomes the most popular home of the week thanks to chaotic photos of real estate listings

A three-bedroom apartment in Dayton, OH, that calls for buyers to flex their “HGTV designer muscles,” despite looking more like a property from an episode of A&E’s “Hoarders,” is the most popular home of the week on Realtor.comĀ®.

If you can see past the hideous piles of personal belongings, laundry baskets and stained carpets, the listing notes that the 1,200-square-foot unit is “designed for carefree living.”

While the chaotic apartment requires “cosmetic improvements,” the $65,000 asking price was designed for the intrepid bargain buyer.

Also drawing attention this week was a $108 million villa off the coast of California, a concrete castle in Florida and an unexpected contemporary that emerged from the woods of Pennsylvania.
